Your mission

We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to support the delivery of client implementations and product features. You will work closely with Product, Tech, UX, and Operations teams to translate requirements into clear user stories, support delivery, and ensure seamless client onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career who wants to grow into a Product Owner role.

• Support end-to-end project delivery by maintaining Jira boards, project plans, trackers, and status reports across multiple client implementations

• Capture and document requirements from client discussions and workshops, including user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and mappings in Confluence

• Assist in defining customer journeys and UX flows, and coordinate reviews between clients, product, and UX teams

• Support API and technical coordination by assisting with data mapping, API documentation, integration clarifications, and basic response validation

• Prepare and execute test cases, support UAT, track defects in Jira, and validate end-to-end flows across UI, API, and backend

• Support agile delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reporting, and retrospectives

• Track onboarding funnels and key metrics, identify drop-offs, and prepare dashboards or summary reports to support product improvements

• Support go-live and post-go-live activities, including readiness checklists, live monitoring, issue tracking, and documentation of learnings

What you will bring

Background:

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup, Consulting, FinTech or InsurTech environment, or in a Product Owner capacity

• Insurance background in past experience is welcome

Skills:

• Strong understanding of agile ways of working and basic product management concepts. Any type of certification for product management  is a plus

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence

• Ability to collaborate with technical teams, UX designers, and external clients

• Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working

• Curiosity to learn insurance, APIs, and digital platforms in a fast-moving startup environment

• Any type of development experience is a plus

• Any kind of AI agent exposure is a plus
