We need your energy and drive to secure great business opportunities with leading French and European last-mile delivery companies and micro-mobility OEMs. Most importantly you should have a will to win in the market (importantly – fairly and squarely!!) and have fun at the same time. As a partnerships leader you should be hands-on, autonomous, insatiably curious and a dogged problem-solver! It helps if you have past experience of building innovative partnerships in the micro-mobility space : last-mile logistics, bike OEMs, fleet leasing companies.
As a Partnerships Manager / Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development and as well as internal and external stakeholders to :
Shape the sales strategy to develop our overall Green Mobility vertical, targeting e-bike & e-cargo bike fleets, manufacturers and other target customers in France and Europe.
End-to-end execution of strategic partnerships with new and existing B2B partners - identification, prospection, negotiation, closing and implementation of partnerships.
Sales effectiveness : update the CRM, provide forecasts, identify key stakeholders, understand your prospects to deliver tailored messages, identify and report client feedback, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve value proposition : work with Product, Marketing, Operations and Tech to address customer requirements and pain points.
Proactive strategic thinker : provide feedback to Management on local market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value by extending Indeez’s offering.
You have proven experience and mindset for B2B partnerships : you have at least 5-7 years of experience of B2B business development/partnerships/sales in insurance, financial services or the micro-mobility sector. You know how to read market dynamics, build a pipeline, define and execute the right strategy to develop business and build rapid traction
You are a natural hunter and deal closer : you have an entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and expertise in closing complex deals
You are a fast learner and a curious problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset : you will know the local markets better than us and be able to adapt as you go along in order to win
You have great communication and presentation skills. You are fluent in English and French, with additional EU languages being a definite plus : English is our working language and French is necessary to communicate with your clients
