Are you interested in designing and implementing education programs and partnerships to support young adults to get into the financial services sector in Australia? Do you want to work at the heart of a global movement, one that provides concrete solutions for individuals and employers, that creates momentum, and that focuses on a better future? Then this job is for you.

The objective of the new INCO Academy program you will be a part of is to support young adults to understand the opportunities available to work in the financial services sector in Australia, and provide them with meaningful engagements with future employers.

Your mission in a nutshell? Designing and implementing an education program with a strong focus on the learner experience, working closely with our operational teams, communications teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work towards programmatic goals, and prioritize and deliver an excellent experience to our direct beneficiaries and partners

  • Work closely with our communications teams to plan and monitor online recruitment campaigns

  • Leverage existing networks and create new partnerships to raise awareness about our program (working with diverse partners such as universities, nonprofits, local institutions, influencers..)

  • Build and nurture relationships with a range of organisations in the financial services sector to provide real-world insights for the program curriculum and to design experiences for the learners such as hosting a day in the office, panel conversations, or mentorship from people working in the industry

  • Working alongside our studio team to build a locally relevant curriculum to encourage the next generation of Australians to consider a career in the financial services sector.

  • Support on onboarding learners and their overall journey through INCO Academy programs

  • Sourcing additional specialist speakers and mentors in careers advice and guidance.

  • Managing all community channels.

  • Support with  facilitator coordination, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and overseeing of facilitators.

  • Putting together live events, whether online or in-person.

  • Create meaningful connections for our learners and graduates.

  • Share your success stories by identifying relevant communication materials (with support from our communications team)

  • Host virtual workshops and events, community-building sessions and customized office hours to ensure learner needs are met consistently


Preferované skúsenosti

  • You have a demonstrated passion for education and/or technology.

  • You have >3 years of relevant work experience in several of the following areas: Program/project management, Community Management, Partnerships development, financial services; and have demonstrated an ability to develop lasting customer relationships with a vast array of stakeholders.

  • You are excited about rolling up your sleeves, and getting in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets.

  • You are open-minded, self-reliant and able to work remotely and independently while maintaining close links with your team through regular and transparent reporting.

  • You have some experience in social media and communication, recruiting participants for educational projects.

  • You have some experience in facilitating one-to-many (virtual) workshops, panels and events.

  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.

  • You have strong technical skills and the ability to work well with data.

  • You have experience working in agile teams, adapting quickly to changing priorities and workflows.

  • You have knowledge of project management processes and systems to streamline operations, including productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, MS Excel, Hubspot).
