The Finance mission is to put Malt in a good position to reach its profitability ambition while maintaining a high growth.  To do so, we (1) support the business with value-added analysis to make the best possible decisions, (2) facilitate and consolidate the forecasting and budgeting processes and (3) set up and maintain internal control processes, including reporting of our financials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Your role will be focussed on Revenue FP&A, you will own key recurring topics:
  • Forecasting: be the go-to person when it comes to maintaining and optimizing our topline forecasting model
  • Reporting: provide monthly reporting and analysis on topline to C-level executives and external stakeholders
  • Budgeting and planning: own (1) the annual topline budget process with Corporate Country managers and SMB General Manager and (2) the variable cost budget process. Support our FP&A Corporate Analyst on long-term planning
  • Profitability reporting: maintain high-quality reporting on profitability (Contribution Margin), improve the level of granularity and conduct deep-dives on the output, working in close collaboration with Sales teams
  • Sales Targets: consolidation of the bottom-up process and collaboration with Sales leaders to make sure it is consistent with the company’s strategic plan
  • But also lead and contribute to several broader Finance and company-wide initiatives

  • Work with other teams such as Client Operations, Operations, Data and Accounting to improve the quality and automate the financial information (e.g. manual invoicing, revenue cut-off process)
  • Ad-hoc analysis to support business decision making processes (e.g. Pricing, Sales Payplans)
  • Optimization and improvement of processes company-wide
  • Fundraising and M&A, when relevant
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • 4+ years experience in Finance, Audit/TS/FP&A, SalesOps, (but not only!)
  • Problem-solving, well organized and solution oriented
  • Great analytical skills
  • Marketplace concepts of knowledge (supply/demand)
  • Ability to challenge ideas & be the voice of Finance with operational teams
  • Fluent French and English
  • Nice to have
