The Finance mission is to put Malt in a good position to reach its profitability ambition while maintaining a high growth. To do so, we (1) support the business with value-added analysis to make the best possible decisions, (2) facilitate and consolidate the forecasting and budgeting processes and (3) set up and maintain internal control processes, including reporting of our financials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Develop and implement Malt’s financial planning and analysis processes that provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to the C-level executives
  • Lead the preparation of budgets, re forecasts and financial analysis
  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations based on financial metrics
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team and the rest of the Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Build financial reports addressed to the management team
  • Partner with Business Unit leaders and Managers in preparing financial outlooks and insights to help them better manager their scope
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer in providing insights and financial information to the shareholders
  • Manage a team of 3 people providing guidance, coaching, and training to develop their skills and expertise
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • A strong finance experience with 8+ years of progressive experience, including at least 2 years in an equivalent role.
  • Great rigor and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • A passion for finance and a commitment to making it a fun and engaging field
  • A track record of working in a fast-growing environment and/or in either the HR, technology, B2B Saas sectors will be a big plus

  • Interview with Hugo (CFO) to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role.
  • Home assignment for you to complete, after which we will schedule a follow-up discussion with Hugo (CFO) and Reda (GM France)
  • Final interview with Alexandre (Co-Ceo), to discuss Malt’s long-term vision
