Your role in this journey

  • Support Account Managers with onboarding and background operations, helping ensure all host information and accounts are accurate and well-organized.
  • Address customer queries and needs, delivering timely solutions and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.
  • Focus on special campaigns launched by Holidu to increase our customer performance.
  • Occasionally assist Sales Representatives with backend tasks.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Currently doing a L3, M1 or M2.
  • Studies in tourism, economics, business administration or any related fields.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent work attitude and great time management.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Near native French and fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
