About this Position

Key member of the HR France team, you will actively contribute to the day-to-day operational HR management. You will support all BUs and Functions for France. Your main responsibilities will include:

What you´ll do

  • Coordinates and executes HR activities and administrative tasks in collaboration with HRBPs to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management  
  • Coordinates and monitors HR processes managed by the GBS+ (Global Business Services) teams through follow-up committees. Identifies potential optimization.
  • Ensures HR practices and policies follow corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
  • Acts as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, processing personnel admin, and helping resolve work problems
  • Analyzes HR data to provide actionable insights
  • Prepares and maintain reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
  • Assists in execution of performance, development evaluation programs, salary review promotion, international assignments, and retention

Special projects

  • Collaborates with the CoEs (Center of Expertise) and BU/F HRBPs in the implementation of strategic HR projects into the BU/Fs

What makes you a good fit

  • You hold a degree in Human Resources (Bachelor's +3 to Master's level)
  • A first experience in HR is required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with HR systems (Workday, SAP)
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute actively
  • Fluency in English
