We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Director to spearhead our efforts in developing and expanding our automation offerings in France and internationally.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and autonomous Commercial Director with extensive experience in AI and task automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services companies (ESN), be well-versed in agile methodologies, and possess the ability to rapidly develop and deploy automation solutions. This role requires a senior-level professional with a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic commercial plan to expand our automation offerings in France and internationally.

  • Lead the sales and business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Drive the development of innovative AI and automation solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation projects, from conception to implementation.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and automation, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the sales and technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Director, Sales Director, or similar role within the AI and automation industry.

  • Strong background in IT services companies (ESN) and a deep understanding of agile methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
