Communication & Representation: Organise events and represent Greenscope at networking opportunities with key accounts.
Partnerships: Contribute to the development of strategic partnerships.
Performance Management: Track OKRs, produce reporting materials, and lead or coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects assigned by the Executive Team.
People & Talent: Identify hiring needs, coordinate recruitment processes, and contribute to HR policies (training, compensation, performance reviews).
Recent graduate (Master’s degree) from a business or engineering school.
A first successful experience in a tech startup, ideally as a CEO’s right hand or Chief of Staff.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ease in networking and public events.
Exceptional organisation, rigour, and autonomy.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
A taste for cross-functional work and collaboration.
Genuine interest in tech and ESG.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (Notion, Slack, etc.).
