Context:

As an Account Manager Small Market in France (80%) and worldwide (20%), your role will consist in convincing our clients to continue tackling climate change alongside Greenly! We aim to renew the Greenly offer every year to support our clients in the long term. To help us achieve this goal, you will be part of the Account Manager team: your role will be to follow clients at the end of the first step of their climate journey: the restitution of their carbon assessment.

You will empower your clients to be autonomous on the platform and convince them to renew their carbon assessment, and propose additional services such as action plans; follow-up; additional analyses; offset… You will also take part in sales opportunities generation for Account Managers, especially during your upskilling period (first months)

What will you be doing? 🎯

  • Generate sales opportunities for other Account Managers, and then for yourself : you will spend a significant part of your time (30%) calling clients to generate meetings, and 20% of your time organizing these calling sessions (identify relevant companies and people to call, etc.)

  • Support customers in their climate journey (answer to their questions by email, through our support platform or calling them) - 20% of your time.

  • Last 30% of your time :

    -> First months : Shadowing the Account Management team to up skill in this work : understand GHG assessments, Greenly’s offer, sales skills, etc.

    -> Following months : you will have your own portfolio of customers - you’ll have the chance to present their GHG reports and try to renew their commitment with Greenly.

Preferované skúsenosti

You would be a great match if you have 🥇:

  • Strong interest and knowledge in climate and carbon topics : you know what a Carbon Assessment is, Scope 1, 2 & 3, Bilan Carbone Methology, you master key order of magnitude, etc.

  • An entrepreunarial mindset

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent)

  • End of study internship preferred

  • A hunter’s mindset, not afraid to pick up the phone. ☎️

  • Perfect French and good English communication skills, both verbal & written.

  • Knowledge on Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, or Kaspr is a plus.

  • Autonomous, proactive & a great team player
