Your Role in Our Journey

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary responder for customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.

  • Expert Advice: Provide knowledgeable guidance to GoStudent customers, addressing technical concerns and troubleshooting issues with finesse.

  • Efficient Administration: Manage customer support via live chat, process emails efficiently, and handle invoice issuance for seamless transactions.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the Customer Care team to devise customer-centric solutions, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Swift Problem-Solving: Tackle urgent requests such as teacher searches, organization, and booking arrangements with efficiency and precision.

  • Interface Management: Act as a bridge between our Customer Success Department and tutors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

  • Effective Coordination: Organize tutoring sessions meticulously, guaranteeing their smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • Educational Background: Completed prior commercial training.

  • Organizational Savvy: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain composure under pressure, and uphold attention to detail.
