Your role

As a strategic Technical Recruiter, you will be in the driving seat to accelerate the growth of Giskard by hiring the best AI talent on the planet to build the best "safety belt" for AI models.

Your missions will include (but not be limited to):

  • Management of hiring pipelines from end to end
    • Partner closely with co-founders and other hiring managers to strategically plan hiring across multiple teams
    • Develop strategies to build and fill our hiring pipelines for roles of varying complexity, while hiring at a high volume
    • Write job descriptions and define application processes in liaison with hiring managers
    • Source, screen, and assess talent, ensuring their qualifications match the open roles
    • Manage relationships with hiring partners (agencies, sourcing platforms) and hiring tools (Workable, Welcome)
  • Branding & candidate experience
    • Enhance our visibility on hiring platforms, social media and events, in relationship with our marketing team
    • Enhance our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training teams and optimizing our tools & automation
  • Hiring operations: data, tools & processes
    • Analyze our hiring pipeline metrics to identify hiring trends and gaps
    • Optimize our processes and tools to continuously improve quality and velocity
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in recruiting strategies, tools and market trends in the AI space.
  • Employee onboarding
    • Define new employee onboarding processes in partnership with co-founders & hiring managers



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting for Data / AI / Cybersecurity / DevTools companies
  • Proven track record inspiring & convincing rare technical talent (ML Researchers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Technical Sales) to join a startup
  • Ability to successfully navigate a fast-growing startup environment with changing processes
  • Impeccable written and oral proficiency in English. Strong bonus for French speaker.
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions
  • Drive to learn, grow and improve fast in an entrepreneurial way

Salary: between 50 000 € and 65 000 € / year (brut) + 0.1% of equity.
