Potentials Program
Each year, a group of 30 high-potential employees is selected for our internal talent development program at GLS France. This journey combines training, immersive experiences, and collaborative projects!
It provides support to grow within the company, prepare for future responsibilities, or simply develop new skills.
Belts Certifications
An innovative certification pathway designed to build expertise in continuous improvement, Lean Management, and problem-solving, enabling employees to become ambassadors of operational excellence within their area of responsibility.
“Entre Nous” sessions
Team rituals and events
At GLS, we structure the year around key moments that promote communication and team cohesion.
Twice a year, our internal survey, “Pulsations,” takes the pulse of employees’ daily experience and helps us define concrete improvement actions together.
We also host “Entre Nous” sessions, where members of the management team share company news digitally in an open and interactive format.
An annual Kick-Off Meeting brings part of the teams together for a review and team-building moment.
