As part of our team expansion, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that will positively impact orthopaedic surgeon’s experience in the OR and patients’ outcomes. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Define product road map in alignment with the company strategy.

- Conduct market research and competition assessment.

- Develop product positioning, pricing and messaging aligned with company strategy.

- Define and document product requirements and ensures its understanding by cross-functional teams.

- Prepares and animates surgeon design team meetings and meetings with KOL’s

- Lead cross-functional teams during the entire development process and ensures that the delivered product corresponds to the defined requirements.

- Define, run and monitor pilot evaluations and alpha programs.

- Prepare and drive product launches plans in close collaboration with executive teams and business partners.

- Ensure training of field-based teams and produces training tools and collaterals.

- Defines surgeon’s onboarding and training plans with associated tools and documentation.

- Develop marketing tools and collateral.

- Act as product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.

- Ensures product demonstrations during working sessions and conferences.

- Represents company during trade shows and events.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Orthopedics in product management, Market Development or product specialist roles. Experience in total joint arthroplasty navigation or robotics is an advantage.
