Evernex is currently looking for Field Engineer to join our team in Central and North Poland. You may support in additional tasks such as configuring and testing in-house IT Hardware (Servers, Storage, Networking, Tape Libraries) or at customer site. The main task of engineer is to repair faulty servers, storage, networking and backup solutions at our customers’ facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of data center equipment (servers, storage, switches, tape libraries)
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-class communication and support
• Maintaining service documentation on time and reporting in ERP system and service manager.
• Cooperation with international clients, partners and teams

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of hardware and built in management software for x86/64 servers from leading manufacturers (L2)
• Basic knowledge of storage and networking technologies from leading manufacturers.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal – English and Polish
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Self-organization and ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Good teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Valid car license
• Flexibility
