Your main duties will be :
• Supporting in the follow up of the legal department tasks and in the coordination of legal activities with Europ Assistance SA branches.
• Supporting in drafting different types of agreements templates and standard clauses, and in reinforcing the central repository of agreements.
• Supporting in legal research on insurance distribution and several other insurance topics, ensuring coordination and follow up with local Legal Teams to consolidate global surveys on legal matters.
• Supporting the preparation of the presentations, templates and cascading of legal and corporate governance operational guidelines.
• Supporting in the preparation and provision of legal training and Europ Assistance SA legal workshops.
• Supporting in the review of Europ Assistance SA legal policies and guidelines in light of local specificities in the countries where EA operates, ensuring the correct implementation of local requirements.
• Supporting in animating Europ Assistance SA network activities.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in law or Bar School (e.g., EFB or HEDAC) programmed for 2022-2023 scholar year (preferably in Insurance law).
• Basic understanding of insurance legal and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English (the Group’s language of exchange) and a second foreign language is an additional asset.
• Independent user of excel, power point, word software, and you are willing to challenge yourself in a highly dynamic environment.
