Job Description - Apprentice - Euronext Commodities

The Euronext Commodities team is looking for an apprentice to support the team across financial, operational, and commercial support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Billing

• Key Accounts Volume Analysis: monitor trading volumes of major clients and ensure billing accuracy in coordination with Finance and Billing teams.
• Supplier Invoicing: process supplier invoices, track their status, and follow up on payments in collaboration with internal teams.

Reporting and Presentations

• Update internal reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Maintain and prepare client and internal stakeholder presentations.

Marketing & Communication

• Contribute to website updates.
• Provide ad hoc support for communication initiatives (documents, content, and commercial materials).

Profile

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
