You will be primarily responsible for:

• Supporting the management of the business line by tracking key performance indicators, producing and improving regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring revenue and costs, and supporting the budget process to ensure robust financial management
• Adapting and improving business management processes with various teams to strengthen performance monitoring and operational efficiency
• Structuring, supporting and steering the execution of the division's key initiatives, from business-as-usual to new projects, in close collaboration with business teams and project managers
• Acting as a liaison between teams within the division, providing support to senior management and enhancing business efficiency
• Conducting, delivering and presenting market research, studies and business cases to inform decision-making
• Monitoring industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth

Description of the business line

Joining our Cash Equity and Data Services team, you will be part of a high-impact, international team that represents 30% of Euronext Group's total revenues. The business line brings together three core businesses - cash equity trading, data services, and colocation and client connectivity services- as well as three transversal teams supporting the wider organisation: analytics and functional design, market strategy, quantitative research. Our team of 100 professionals is based across France, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Norway, Portugal and Ireland, working collaboratively to drive innovation and deliver excellence in capital markets.

Your profile:

• Master's degree in business, engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in demanding environments such as investment banking, strategy consulting, M&A boutique, fast-growing businesses or a similar role
• Strong interest in capital markets
• Robust analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated capacity to operate in a fast-moving environment and under time pressure
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to frame, lead and execute key projects
• Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities, comfortable with uncertainty and incomplete information
• Strong communication skills, able to interact confidently with teams and C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
• Proactive, structured and able to take initiative
• Proficient in MS Office, with data analysis skills; knowledge of Python is a plus
• Fluent in English; fluency in French is a plus
