Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Amazon, etc.)

• Managing a portfolio of premium clients

• Monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on campaign results

• Conducting market research to stay up to date with the latest industry trends

• Contributing to pitch processes: audits, strategic recommendations, and presentations alongside the sales team

As part of this role, you will also lead a team of Paid Media Consultants:

• Participating in recruitment interviews

• Managing a team of 2 to 5 consultants (all levels of seniority)

• Supporting and developing your team through one-to-one meetings, joining client calls, and providing individual follow-up

• Ensuring the quality of service delivered by each team member

• Growing your team’s revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

The ideal candidate :

• 3+ years of experience in Paid Media (Search/Social/Programmatic)

• 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment

• 1+ years experience managing other team members

• Extensive experience in B2B and SaaS marketing

• Experience attributing performance through HubSpot

• Speaks English fluently (UK Market)

• Proactive problem-solver, strong communicator, adaptable and team player.

• 20 min prequalification intervoew with the HR team

• Interview with th hiring manager and case study ( 1 hour)
