At Enky, we believe great spaces deserve great stories. After establishing ourselves as a key player in the circular economy for furniture, we’re taking the next step → launching a dedicated 2nd hand furniture unit in 2026.
We’re now looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic leader to build and scale this new Business Unit from the ground up: from sourcing to unit creation to go-to-market.
🚀 Your Mission
As Head of the 2nd Hand Furniture BU, you’ll have full ownership of strategy, operations, and performance. You’ll define how Enky brings curated 2nd hand furniture to market, blending sustainability, design, and digital excellence.
In the first 6–12 months, you will:
Design and execute BU’s go-to-market strategy (e-commerce-first, marketing-led approach).
Build and manage the sourcing pipeline (suppliers, auction houses, partnerships).
Develop and launch the unit’s identity, offer, and positioning.
Lead marketing & content efforts, ensuring premium product presentation and customer experience.
Secure operational excellence across logistics, quality, and profitability.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
Own the P&L of the 2nd hand BU: from sourcing to sales.
Build a €3M+ stock base before launch and manage growth to €20–30M in year 2.
Define and execute the 2026 unit & go-to-market plan.
Recruit, lead, and inspire a small cross-functional team (sourcing, marketing, ops).
Act as the internal and external ambassador of the BU, representing Enky with partners and stakeholders.

Internal: Founders, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Tech, and Sourcing teams.
External: Suppliers, auction houses, logistics partners, architects, and e-commerce platforms.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Hard Skills
Proven experience leading an e-commerce or lifestyle BU, ideally in furniture or 2nd hand sectors.
Deep knowledge of sourcing and supply chain management.
Strong strategic and operational execution track record.
Financial acumen with experience managing €2–5M budgets.
Soft Skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on leadership.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
Collaborative, inspiring, and adaptable.
Excellent sense of brand, product, and consumer trends.
