🏠 What Do We Do?

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.

Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.

In 4 years, we have:

  • Deployed 480 stations and over 2000 fast-charging points
  • Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
  • Opened several offices in France and Europe
  • Raised over €750 million in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
  • Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
  • Assembled a team of over 240 talents… and this is just the beginning !

💼 Your Missions

We are looking for a Technical Project & Product Manager to join our Software Station team. This role combines the rigor of technical project management with the vision of product management. You will drive the development, integration, and evolution of the technologies powering our charging stations — from batteries and solar panels to controllers, embedded systems, and energy compliance across Europe. At the same time, you will shape the product vision of our stations, balancing user experience, business impact, and regulatory requirements.

🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️Your responsibilities

1. Exploration & Product Vision
  • Identify and assess new strategic opportunities (technologies, regulations, suppliers).
  • Define the product vision for station software and hardware integrations (e.g. batteries, solar, ElectraLine displays).
  • Prioritize initiatives based on user experience, business value, and regulatory compliance.
  • Benchmark the market and represent Electra’s innovation roadmap externally.

2. Project Management & Delivery

  • Build and own the roadmap in collaboration with the Engineering Manager.
  • Translate functional needs into actionable technical requirements for development and engineering teams.
  • Drive project execution: requirements definition, scoping, rituals, progress monitoring, and delivery on time and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with local energy regulations across European markets (e.g. manual grid control in Germany or Austria).

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (engineering, operations, product, industry, business) and external partners/suppliers.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Communicate clearly to management, ensuring visibility on roadmap progress and key decisions.
  • Represent Electra at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

    😎 Your Profile

    • Degree in engineering or equivalent.
    • 7+ years of experience in technical project management with proven exposure to product responsibilities.
    • Strong background in at least one of the following: electric mobility, energy systems (storage, renewable, smart grid), industrial or embedded technology.
    • Demonstrated ability to structure and prioritize a roadmap with both technical and product perspectives.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex regulatory/technical contexts.
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; fluent English is required.
    • Comfortable interacting with developers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Willingness to travel regularly in France and across Europe.
