🏠 What do we do ?

Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and less noisy, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main obstacle of recharging. Electra is constantly innovating to facilitate the recharging of electric vehicles with a network of fast recharging hubs (15 to 30 minutes maximum) and a user experience simplified to the maximum.

Based in Paris, Lyon, Brussels, Milan, Zurich, Vienna, Madrid, Munich and Amsterdam Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 14,500 charging points by 2030; proud to participate in the energy transition in France and Europe. For cities without noise and pollution!

In 4 years we have :

  • Provided more than 2000 fast charging points
  • Secured enough stations to make Electra a market leader
  • Opened several offices in France and Europe
  • Assembled a team of over 200 talented people... and that's just the beginning

💼 Your Missions

As an Account Executive Belux, you will play a key role in expanding Electra's fast-charging network across the country. You'll manage the acquisition of new clients and contribute to developing effective sales processes to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include generating strategic leads, participating in complex negotiations, and successfully closing deals.

🦸🦸‍♀️ Your missions :

  • Strategically scouting future station locations to expand Electra's network within Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Secure committee validation for potential sites, demonstrating thoroughness and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Persuading prospects to integrate ultra-fast charging stations on their properties by demonstrating the value proposition of Electra's offerings.
  • Navigate complex negotiations with clients, leveraging persuasive skills and strategic thinking.
  • Managing the CRM system to streamline and enhance your workflow, bringing to improved efficiency and productivity.
  • Mapping, onboarding and developing key accounts and partners in order to bolster our presence and impact in the market.

    😎 Your Profile

      • You have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar field within a dynamic environment
      • Experience in public affairs or public tendering is a plus
      • You speak Dutch, French, and English fluently
      • You have a strong ability to assess data and make well-informed decisions about locations
      • You work well independently while also being a collaborative team player, and you excel at building connections with new people
      • You are resilient, adaptable, and motivated to find creative solutions when faced with obstacles
      • You’re eager to grow within a fast-moving start-up environment
      • You are passionate about energy and environmental topics
      • You are excited to join a company that is shaping the future of mobility
