We are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our fantastic Warsaw team (full time job, hybrid approach).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Client Director in managing client relationship and the account, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items and decisions.
- Provide administrative support to the Director and the client services team, including managing calendars, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports under the guidance of the Director.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Conduct research and gather data to support client initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes, capturing key discussions and action items for follow-up.
- Assist with client communications, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as strategy, creative, and production, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project statuses, and financial information.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or
a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, advertising, or communications agency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from superiors.
- Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1).
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
