Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join us.

We are ideally looking for someone with a technical background and previous experience in fintech or building products for the financial services industry and with knowledge of the AML, KYC or Risk Management space. Experience working on projects involving large amounts of data is a must, experience with ML / AI is a strong plus.

The position is based in Paris. The ideal candidate is based in Paris, with 2 to 3 days of remote work possible per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Product discovery

  • Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on customer research to discover pain points and needs through qualitative and insights

  • Develop a data-driven approach to understand and exploit conversion, engagement and growth levers

    Product strategy

  • Craft the product vision based on data collected from users, teammates feedback, analysis, benchmarks, etc

  • Help turn Dotfile’s long term strategy into a well-thought roadmap and OKRs: you will make sure that we’re building the right features

    Product delivery

  • Be responsible for well-paced execution of sprints, by maintaining tight collaboration with engineers and designers

  • Lead QA to ensure that all features shipped are bug-free and analyze features performance

• You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech or within a fast growing tech company selling in Financial Services

• You have experience in hiring and managing teams, including engineers and data scientists

• You have a proven of track-record of developing data products, experience on working with machine learning / AI in production is a strong plus

• While you may not be a developer yourself you are highly technical and comfortable with ETL, data architecture in general and designing APIs

• You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• You have strong business sense and are optimizing for business impact

• You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
