What you’ll do 

As a collection senior analyst, you will have a significant role in coordinating and managing the recovery of cash from our clients, reporting to key stakeholders and improving the cash collection process in our company.  

 Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• The senior collection analyst coordinates and follows
  -up globally on delinquent accounts with the commercial teams, collection agency and legal team to ensure cash recovery 
• Updates and maintains accurate financial & collection records including accounting, receivable, and collection status.
• Responsible for preparing collection committee meeting, reports and KPIs for key stakeholders such as VP finance, Accounting director, Country managing directors, Commercial directors etc for all Doctolib entities
• Pro
  -actively work with commercial teams on complex and difficult delinquent key account customers to collect payments and settle accounts. 
• Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. 
• Act as central finance partner on collection matters and be the single point of contact for our stakeholders and account holders

Process efficiency and optimization 

• Contribute to continuous improvement of the cash collection process
• Identify and raise process pain points and improvements
• Make recommendations to improve the cash collection process and strategy

• Have at least 5 years of experience in cash collection and/or allocation;
• Have experience working in Shared Service centers;
• Have experience in an agile environment;
• Are used to working in an international environment;
• Strong level of English;

 Now, it would be fantastic if you : 

• Have fluency in French and/or German
• Skills in SAP S4 Hana and/or Zuora (billing tool)
