We are opening a C++ engineer position to support the international deployment of our production systems across Europe, the Middle East (POC in 2026), and the United States (study in 2026). We are looking for a skilled C++ Software Engineer (4-5 years of experience) with a strong computer science background to transform advanced research into robust, scalable, and high-performance production software.
You will work on performance-critical systems at scale, collaborating closely with both Research and Operations teams to ensure our solutions are efficient, observable, and maintainable in real-world environments.
Design and implement high-performance C++ systems
Architect and develop performance-critical algorithms and data structures in C++, leveraging parallelism, concurrency, and hardware capabilities to push performance limits. This role focuses on system design and optimization—not direct translation of prototype code from higher-level languages.
Contribute to the full software engineering lifecycle
Participate in all stages of development, including design, implementation, unit and integration testing, deployment, and long-term maintenance. Integrate monitoring and observability (metrics, logging, alerts) to support production reliability and real-time insights via Grafana dashboards.
Build operational and maintenance tooling
Develop dedicated tools to support Operations teams, including calibration utilities, camera monitoring, diagnostics, and maintenance workflows, ensuring reliability and ease of operation at scale.
Bridge Research and Production
Work closely with the Research team to accelerate the transition from prototype to production. Enable efficient collection of production data, optimize and scale research modules, and ensure experimental components can be safely deployed and evaluated in real environments.
A code-translation role from Python to C++
A research-only position without production ownership
4–5 years of professional experience in C++ software development.
Strong foundations in computer science: algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems programming.
Experience with performance-critical or real-time systems, ideally on edge or embedded platforms.
Production mindset: comfort with ownership, debugging live systems, and making trade-offs under real-world constraints.
Familiarity with GPU programming and/or FPGA-based systems is a bonus.
