We are looking for a person to join our Customer And Monetization Startup and more precisely the Payment team who tackles every B2C billing topic we have in the world! Within the Payment team, you will support our Payment Operation team on initiatives to challenge our payment methods available worldwide based on their performances but also on their cost. This role has a start date in January 2026.
Our main missions are the following :
Allow users to subscribe to Deezer with all existing payment methods
Ensure that recurring payments processing are working correctly
Provide support to customer care team on payment issues
Configure offers correctly according to company strategy
Deezer payment platform in figures :
80k payments processed per day
Used in more than 200 countries in the world
Handling more than 10 different payment methods
What you will do:
Learn and understand the portfolio of payment methods we propose to users
Participate to catalog of offer management operations
Assist the operation team in its day to day tasks on platform health maintenance
Challenge team's process efficiency and propose improvements
Assist the team in performance analysis and opportunities identification
This role is excellent for a person with:
Currently enrolled in your last or having just graduated with a master’s degree
High curiosity learning and understanding the payment cycle of customers in a subscription-based company
Knowledge in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Tableau.
Analytical mindset and are not afraid to deal with tons of data.
Proactive, organised, with an ability to synthesize in a written and oral way, and mainly curious !
