🌟The main missions of a Web Project Manager include:

Website Administration, Maintenance and Improvement

• Manage the daily operations of the DataGalaxy website, ensuring smooth functioning (regular updates and troubleshooting);
• Implement and maintain necessary plugins, tools, and security measures to enhance website performance and user experience;
• Monitor website analytics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary updates or optimizations.

Theme Development and Integration

• Collaborate with designers and software engineers to create and implement visually appealing and user-friendly website themes;
• Ensure seamless integration of new features, functionalities, and third-party integrations into the existing website structure.

 SEO development & management 

• Optimize website loading speed and performance to provide an exceptional user experience;
• Monitor website vital signs and implement necessary optimizations to improve website performance;
• Ensure that the technical aspects of the website are optimized for search engines to crawl and index efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly to maintain or improve search rankings

Website Project Development

• Coordinate the relevant stakeholders like content writers, graphic designers, and content owners to ensure timely and accurate updates and publication.
• Collaborate with the Head of Brand & Content to organize and assemble all web pages according to project requirements and schedule;

Web Accessibility

• Ensure the website complies with web accessibility standards, making it accessible to users with disabilities;
• Implement accessibility best practices, conduct audits, and resolve any accessibility-related issues.

A/B Testing and Reporting

• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user engagement;
• Analyze and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for website improvement based on data-driven results.
