🕵️‍♀️Role

The position of Customer Success Manager at DataGalaxy involves proactive management of customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and ongoing success. As a CSM, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address issues, and maximize the value derived from DataGalaxy. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing advice.

🎯Mission:

The primary mission of the Customer Success Manager at DataGalaxy is to define and implement the Customer Success Program and strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction to:

  • Accompany digital transition in training for the use of the DataGalaxy products
  • Identify customer needs and provide long-term support
  • Provide product usage support actions to enable users to exploit the full potential
  • Measure key customer satisfaction indicators, analyze and track their trends to acquire new customers, make additional sales, and retain the existing portfolio

Concretely, the Customer Success Manager will:

  • Set up and onboard new users on the first use case (training and skills transfer)
  • Facilitate the technical integration of DataGalaxy into the client's ecosystem
  • Contribute significantly to customer knowledge (use cases, goals, and success tracking)
  • Monitor platform usage indicators (Healthcheck) and initiate actions necessary for retention and account development
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to improve and adapt usage strategy, detect brand ambassadors, and contribute to capturing new customers
  • Collaborate with the Product team (software engineer, product manager) for continuous improvement

🌟Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in data/information management field (data governance, data quality...)
  • Ability to analyze the Data Governance market and highlight the added value of DataGalaxy
  • Strong interest in Data Cataloging subjects/tools and familiarity with Data Management concepts
  • Comfortable with Cloud topics (Azure, AWS, GCP) or on-premise
  • Statistical measurement and analysis techniques
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with: Pendo, Freshdesk, Jira, Hubspot
  • Fluent in French and English

Soft skills:

  • Communication: ability to captivate and inspire the audience in the context of exchanges and presentations
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for understanding by various internal and external stakeholders
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Educative skills, organization rigor and autonomy
