We’re looking for an Office Manager to ensure that our offices are running effectively on a day-to-day basis and support the People and Operations department on various missions.

  • Office Life:

    • Attached to the company Headquarters, is responsible for constant good operations of the main office

    • Requests the necessary purchase orders for the main office

    • Manages relationships with local partners

    • Manages computer equipment at the HQ with the IT Manager

    • Centralizes and manages company travel requests (transport, hotel, vehicle, etc)

  • Admin and Accounting:

    • Management of expense reports and budget monitoring related to the organization of team events

    • Support the people team on various admin topics

  • Company culture:

    • Prepare onboarding packs for new arrivals

    • Work on various QVT topics (quality of life at work) to ensure the well-being of the team

    • Organize seasonal office events, to ensure a great atmosphere and engagement of the staff onsite (Afterworks, physical and virtual events, etc.)

Náborový proces

Our recruitment process consists of a preliminary application screening, HR Interview and Lead Interview, and may include a competency test or case study. In special cases, exceptions or modifications can be made.
