Identify and explain business levers and opportunities, provide business analyses and reporting for Business teams, Executives, and our investors
Manage strategic projects to improve operational efficiency across the Revenue organization (incl. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel…) and support CybelAngel’s growth
Analyze and Monitor our Revenue team’s performance (reporting, modeling, forecasting)
Provide operational support to the Revenue and Channel Leadership teams on an ongoing basis. Ensure processes are in place and all supporting data is maintained and accessible, and suggest improvements as needed
Improve the Revenue teams’ experience and productivity with tooling and task management, incl. level 1 support on Salesforce tickets and team needs
In the final year of your Engineering Master’s with successful experience (6-month internship, short-term contract, or more) in Consulting, Sales Operations, or in an analytical position - you have both strong business acumen and data management skills and like to lead analytical and technical projects to deliver on business needs and objectives
Previous successful experiences in project management with multiple stakeholders - you’re able to describe a project that you led, involving multiple stakeholders from different profiles or teams, and that required you to deliver by coordinating and aligning objectives
“Problem-solving” and “impact-driven” mentality - you like to get your hands dirty; you don’t necessarily know how to code or use SQL or spreadsheet macros, but if you identify that it could solve your problem, you proactively find a tutorial and try it!
Rigorous, structured, and organized mindset - you can always clearly state where you stand in a project or justify and provide details on hypotheses you used to perform an analysis
Very good communication skills (French and English) - at ease both engaging with our sales team to support their needs or ask them to clean their pipe, and delivering or requesting clarifications to deliver on a request from our CEO or investors
Knowledge of Salesforce or BigQuery/Looker is a strong plus!
