This is a full time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in Paris, France. It will run for six months. 

About the opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Operations team, Emerging Talent team and our stakeholders in our recruitment efforts, including end-to-end candidate management through the hiring process.

You will communicate across all levels of the organization, learn how a recruiting engine functions in a fast-paced tech company, and provide a solid candidate experience for prospective employees.

What you’ll do:

  • Gain hands-on experience and exposure to a lot of talent acquisition activities including scheduling, talent Operations, analytics/reporting, and hiring new employees into the organization
  • Support other including but not limited to managing job postings, developing interview kits, drafting offer letters and contracts, posting job announcements internally as well as externally to LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Act as a key point of contact for all candidates, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Help manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, Lever
  • Coordinate and arrange subsequent interviews with hiring managers and the interview panel
  • Assist in enhancing the candidate experience, including passive engagement on social sites (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and active interactions throughout our application and hiring process
  • Assist with various ongoing projects
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Keen interest in gaining experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience excelling in high-velocity environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Google apps (Sheets, Slides, Doc)
  • Experience with Microsoft Programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
  • Approachable, with excellent people interaction and customer service skills
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and are eager to learn
  • Previous recruiting/HR internship experience strongly preferred
  • You can speak and write proficiently in English & French.
