We’re looking for a Project & Design Intern to join our Brussels team and help bring the unique Cohabs touch to life across our houses. You’ll be at the crossroads of design, logistics, and operations, ensuring every space reflects our values: comfort, community, and style.

What you’ll be doing

From day one, you’ll dive into the heart of our operations:

• Procurement Hero: Lead the sourcing and purchasing of furniture, fixtures, and decor for Cohabs houses, ensuring top-notch quality and on-time delivery.

• Operational Support: Collaborate with Project Managers, conduct site visits, and follow up on installations to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Supplier Detective: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to get the best terms while maintaining our high standards.

• Process Master: Manage the full procurement cycle, from requisitions to order processing and invoice reconciliation.

• Data & Insights Guru: Analyze spending patterns, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and propose improvements to make our procurement even smarter.

• Creative Collaborator: Work closely with our design team to select furniture, fixtures, and decor that perfectly match the Cohabs brand and vibe.

• Aesthetic Enthusiast: Contribute to interior design choices that balance beauty, comfort, and functionality.

• Bridge Builder: Collaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to bring each renovation project to life seamlessly.

What we’re looking for

• You’re in your final year of studies in Business Administration, Management, Design, or a related field.

• You’re a negotiation natural who knows how to build and maintain great supplier relationships.

• You have strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.

• You’re proficient in Google Suite (and bonus points if you know procurement tools).

• You’re a clear communicator with great interpersonal skills.

• You thrive both independently and in a team, even in fast-paced environments.

• You’re fluent in English and French.
