What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the guardian of around 20 stunning coliving houses in Brussels, making sure everything runs smoothly for our members.
You’ll:

• Keep an eye on the overall condition of the houses and make sure they always look (and feel) amazing.

• Work closely with our office team to report issues, schedule interventions, and plan small renovations or refreshes when needed.

• Handle repairs and maintenance tasks yourself, from plumbing and electrical fixes to small carpentry or painting jobs.

• Take initiative and manage your own schedule efficiently, you’re the boss of your day!

• Help make our houses not just livable, but lovable

What we’re looking for

• You’re a hands-on problem solver, tools are your best friends.

• You speak French and/or English fluently.

• You’re a great communicator, both with your teammates and our residents.

• You’re autonomous, proactive, and love making things work perfectly again.

• You’re a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
