What you’ll be doing:

• Rent Mastermind: Help track and follow up on the rents of all our properties around the world. You’ll develop tools to gain deeper insights and closely monitor occupancy rates.

• Process Guru: Support the finance team in updating and improving our financial processes. You’ll also get the chance to manage your own finance-related ad-hoc projects to optimize how we work.

• Accounting Assistant: Dive into daily tasks like invoice processing and budgeting, lending a helping hand to the accounting team.

• Cross-Team Collaborator: Work with teams from Property, Project, Community, and more to develop internal reporting tools and identify key data for smarter decision-making.

• Innovation Driver: Be a part of shaping our financial processes by bringing fresh ideas and solutions that improve efficiency and organization.
