Being a Consultant in our team

You never stop growing and developing: You get the chance to engage with a large variety of profiles and have access to various trainings on Consulting skills and CIB activities, supporting your development and growth. You contribute to development of our project teams as well as to transversal activities (training, recruitment, etc.) with an entrepreneurial spirit.

You make an impact: You contribute to project success by delivering impactful content in framing of projects, analysis of key issues, design of solutions and preparation of high quality presentations with actionable recommendations to CIB Senior Management. You are a key enabler for the transformation & further development of CIB through a wide range of projects. You are also able to observe and measure the impact of your work.

You build strong client relationships: You establish collaborative and hands-on working relationships with our clients (Businesses and Functions). You manage clients and all other project stakeholders effectively, demonstrating emotional and situational intelligence. By doing so, you contribute to the growth of CIB Consulting & Transformation client franchise.

Are you a good candidate for the job?

This job is for you if you have/are:

• A Master degree from a top-tier institution
• 2 - 5 years working or internship experience in top-tier Consulting, Corporate Finance or Development, etc.
• A team player
• Curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems
• Ability to be impactful with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in French and English a minima
