ChangeNOW creates inspiring events accelerating positive impact and carries out influence actions - changing norms, companies and individuals. Each year, we organize the ChangeNOW summit, the largest event of solutions for the planet. ChangeNOW 2025 will take place on April 24-26th at the Grand Palais in Paris. During 3 days, the summit brings together the most innovative solutions and impactful changemakers tackling our planet’s biggest challenges, to take action, together. ChangeNOW builds bridges and creates opportunities for thousands of key actors of change through this inspiring and action-oriented event. Year round, we also organize thematic events such as the Impact Job Fair.

We are opening a position to join the Editorial & Speakers’ team, in charge of organizing the conferences taking place on the main stages during the summit, but also significantly contributing to the conferences during our other thematic events such as the Impact Job Fair.

As Speakers & Content Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of the events by helping with the coordination of the speakers and moderators expected for our upcoming events. You will also provide support to the curation of the editorial line of the conferences through research.

You will work under the supervision of the Editorial & Speakers Lead and within the Editorial & Speakers team. You will also work closely with the other teams at ChangeNOW.

Missions:

• Work closely with the CEO and the rest of the editorial team to contribute to the editorial line of ChangeNOW 2025 and the Impact Job Fair by researching and analyzing editorial topics, identifying top speakers, writing conference descriptions

• Manage the speaker relations - solicit the targeted speakers and coordinate with them until the summit:

  • carry out a call to get to know them/their work and explain the speaking opportunity to them/convince them to join us, then onboard them logistics-wise once they confirm their participation

  • Use Airtable and Miro to manage speaker information

• Develop long-lasting relationships with key speakers and their teams

• Contribute to the successful carrying out of the conferences and ensure speakers have a great experience during the events!

Practical information:

• Ideal start if apprentice contract: between June and September 2024. If intern contract: between September and November 2024.

• Remuneration: according the candidate’s profile

• Location: based in Paris near Bastille. Part-time remote work allowed.
