In a context of strong growth, Centreon is seeking to strengthen its Benelux-based sales operations by recruiting a motivated and talented Junior Inside Sales Representative to play a key role in driving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leads Qualification 

  • Qualification and phone follow-up of inbound leads coming from digital marketing, events, and email campaigns 

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound leads - drive phone and email-based business conversations to capture key qualification information such as decision makers and decision timeframe, project ownership, budget and business needs

2. Sales Development

  • Achieve sales objectives by leveraging product and industry knowledge 

  • Present and sell our software solutions and services managing the whole sales cycle from first call to closing

  • Identify potential growth opportunities by managing client expectations using persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross sell

  • Document and update all activities and exchanges with prospects within Salesforce for pipeline management

  • Collect clients’ feedback in order to actively participate in product development and process improvement initiatives 

  • Edit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Requirements:

What do we expect ? 

  • 1 sales experience preferably in the IT Industry 

  • Show strong aptitude for sales

  • Results driven mindset 

  • A tenacious attitude with a high degree of self-motivation 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Able to work independently as well as on a team

  • Fluent English and French is mandatory. German and/or Dutch is a plus
