For our IT Shared Service Center (SSC), which is in charge of managing all mutualized IT activities (Business applications, production monitoring, and project management) of served countries is growing rapidly in Prague, we are looking for Senior Project manager who will be responsible for mainly IT projects and be key person for the projects life cycle.

This role covers following activities

• Conducting effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making for the IT projects.
• Deliver various strategic projects in line with expected budget and timeframe.
• Ensure that risks are identified and mitigation plan defined.
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment.
• Identifying and leveraging synergies and interdependences between projects to achieve highest business value.
• Ensuring constant and regular collaboration and alignment with Key Business and IT Stakeholders including HQ in France.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings.
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
• Ensure that all required committees are planned and the reporting is delivered to appropriate executive level (local CEOs, CE Exco…)
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
• Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.

Your profile

• Strong previous experience on similar role (5+ years) from international environment (ideally from bank or insurance).
• Experienced in managing in software development and deployment projects.
• Understand the project method, as well as principles of project management and project governance. Ideally proven by PM certificate Prince2 / PMP.
• Very good English (C1), be able clearly in English lead the meeting.
• Independent and goal oriented personality, capable of managing complex tasks.
• Able to define the goals and objectives, break them into clear actions and execute or organize them.
• Open to new ideas, willing to challenge status quo, looking for solutions rather than excuses.
