What your future position looks like:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at bsport, you play a crucial role in our business’s continuous success and growth. Your main responsibility is to help grow our international team of top talents by activating all acquisition channels and spreading bsport’s company culture.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting phone and video interviews, following up and closing by extending job offers
Building a pool of active top talents and maintaining connections for future opportunities in Sales, Customer Success, and other departments
Creating a long-term School Relationship program and coordinating with school administration to collaborate on career development, fairs and other relevant events
Partnering the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager on HR-related projects and juniors’ training
Identifying opportunities for optimising the hiring process and improving candidate experience
Collaborating with the marketing team to deploy the employer brand strategy
Participating in the development of new acquisition channels based on benchmarking
Building and maintaining dashboards that provide recruitment data and trends
Generating reports on key recruiting metrics and KPIs

You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Has fluent proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Has worked in an SaaS / SMB / fast-paced environment
Can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Are organised, curious and have a proactive mindset
Are able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results 💪
Can work individually but have a strong team spirit
