About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Data Scientist to build and maintain models and machine learning solutions to address both internal business challenge and improve user experience. As part of our growing Data team, you will be focusing on the design, implementation and maintenance of machine learning solutions. You will also be in charge of implementing advanced Agentic and Generative AI solutions and drive AI & ML innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills across core Data Science and Machine Learning verticals, a go-to-production mindset and proficiency to work on cross-functional project teams to deliver repeatable and scalable data solutions to drive value for the organization.

Your mission:

• Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models to improve customers and users experience.

• Build and fine tune custom large language models (LLMs) and implement agentic AI frameworks for domain-specific business solutions.

• Work in a live production environment, gaining hands-on experience in deploying both agentic AI/LLMs and ML services for real-world business challenges.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess business requirements, design end-to-end generative AI solutions, and ensure scalability, security, and sustainability.

• Translate complex business issues into actionable analytics projects, communicate results to multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Apply machine learning and reinforcement learning to optimize marketing, customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and operations.

• Define models and Machine Learning solution performance monitoring and key indicators to measure solutions impact.

About you:

• +4 years of experience as Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

• MS or PhD in engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics, or another quantitative field.

• Strong coding skills (Python is a must, but other languages are also valued), capable of building robust data and ML software.

• Experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.

• Experience building complex data products and ML solutions to real-life problems in a production-oriented environment, identifying the right techniques to solve the problem at hand.

• Experience with data transformation and manipulation framework such PySpark or SQL

• Experience in productionization and devops technologies (docker, git, cloud infrastructure) a strong plus

• Excellent analytic, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data insights to business stakeholders in the context of business requirements.
