About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager who is both a strategic storyteller and a hands-on creative.
This role goes far beyond writing blog posts, webpages, or SEO articles. You’ll own the end-to-end content and campaign journey — from shaping the core story, to choosing the right formats and channels, to bringing ideas to life and driving conversions in collaboration with PMM, other content managers, and growth teams.
You have a strong creative instinct with pragmatic execution. You have a sharp editorial eye, and the ability to turn abstract ideas or complex product concepts into clear, engaging narratives and campaign assets. You know how to build campaigns that feel cohesive across touchpoints — not just “content pieces,” but stories that land, resonate, and drive action.
You’ll work across multiple markets, ensuring consistency at the narrative level while allowing room for local nuance. If you enjoy creative ownership, storytelling, and seeing your ideas go live end-to-end in a fast-moving environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Own the global content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring content aligns with business goals and market priorities
Write and edit clear, customer-centric content in English and Spanish across multiple formats, including whitepapers, blog posts, landing pages, sales enablement materials, product marketing assets, and customer communications
Collaborate with regional content managers and leverage AI-powered localization tools to adapt content effectively for local languages and markets
Create and scale content that drives social media performance, from narrative-led campaigns to high-performing individual assets
Partner closely with Design to translate ideas and narratives into strong visual storytelling
Guide and challenge SEO agency partners to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content that balances performance with narrative consistency
Track content and campaign performance against core KPIs, using insights to iterate and improve impact over time
Act as a guardian of tone, messaging, and narrative consistency across all customer touchpoints
Who You Are
3-5 years of experience in content roles at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company (SMB focus preferred)
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills – you know how to make complex ideas feel simple, human, and engaging
Native or fluent English or native Spanish with a strong professional level of English
A creative thinker with strong opinions on narrative, structure, and format — not just execution
Proven experience owning campaigns end to end, from concept to launch and iteration
Strong understanding of how different formats perform across website, social, email, paid, and product surfaces
Highly customer-centric: you instinctively start from user pain points, motivations, and language
Comfortable working across markets, cultures, and languages
Organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Collaborative by nature, confident working with designers, video creators, and cross-functional stakeholders
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Additional languages (French, German, Italian, Dutch) are a plus
