You’ll join one of our product verticals and take the lead on backend initiatives that affect >10M users across 30+ countries. You’ll design and build multi-component systems, shape architecture decisions, and be trusted to own your work from start to finish.

Our stack includes Python, Django/FastAPI, React, AWS, and Kubernetes. But we care more about engineering fundamentals than specific tech. If you’ve built solid backends in any OO language, you’ll fit right in.

Some examples of challenges we’re working on now, which you could tackle:

• Moving to a modular monolith so each team can ship faster, with full module ownership
• Implementing multi-geo PostgreSQL sharding
• Scaling a platform handling ~$1M in daily transactions
• Balancing reliability, performance, and business agility as we grow fast

We recently raised €30M (Series B) and aim to triple our valuation in 2 years. Your equity package is set up to benefit from that growth. The engineering team is doubling this year, and great engineers who join now will have room to develop into leadership or staff roles as our teams grow, too.

You might be a great fit if:

• You’ve built and maintained backend systems in SaaS or product companies, taking full ownership of the features and services you delivered.
• You’re comfortable navigating complexity, and enjoy breaking down hard problems into simple, scalable solutions.
• You’re fluent in English and a clear communicator in a collaborative, international team.
• You know Django/FastAPI or are eager to ramp up quickly.

What you’ll get:
