→ Tes missions quotidiennes :

  • Assurer la maitrise de notre BFR: 
  • Suivi quotidien du recouvrement des créances : effectuer les relances nécessaires via notre application de recouvrement, mail, téléphone et courriers,

    Participer à l’amélioration du délai de paiement moyen (DSO) des clients, 

    Suivi des flux liés aux solutions de financement (affacturage),

    Etablissement et suivi de la balance âgée,

    Réaliser un lettrage régulier et correct des comptes clients afin d’optimiser la qualité du recouvrement,

  • Faciliter et fluidifier le paiement par les utilisateurs : envoi des relevés mensuels, répondre aux demandes d’informations des business
  • Assurer une communication fluide avec les autres services (CX, sales…)
  • Répondre de manière quotidienne aux tickets affectés à la team finance
  • Gestion des blocages liés aux encaissements (RIB, relance des prélèvements …)
  • Développer, suivre et mettre en place des KPIs clés de la partie recouvrement, et BFR. 
  • → Ce rôle est fait pour toi si tu as :

  • Une formation type BAC+2 ou licence en gestion des administrations/comptabilité/finance
  • Vous avez une expérience similaire de 3 à 5 ans réussie en recouvrement ou en comptabilité clients.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils du pack MS Office en particulier Excel.
  • Un excellent sens de la communication (orale et écrite) que ce soit avec les business ou avec les équipes Brigad
  • Des qualités de rigueur et d’organisation dans le recueil et traitement des données 
  • Capacité et appétence à évoluer, s’adapter et apprendre dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Vous avez obligatoirement un très bon niveau en français et anglais, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, toute autre langue pratiquée est un atout.
