What You'll Do

Please note that this is a 6-month internship.

Join Our Dynamic Team in Paris!

Are you passionate about data, analytics, and applied AI, and interested in seeing how these tools directly shape talent acquisition decisions? Join our EMESA Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition AI & Data Analytics Intern, where you’ll support data-driven recruitment strategies and help integrate AI-powered solutions into an existing analytics ecosystem used to optimize sourcing, pipeline management, and hiring decisions across the region.

You’ll work embedded within a regional Talent Acquisition team covering Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa (EMESA). This role combines strong data analytics foundations with hands-on applied AI, in a business-focused environment, where insights and automation are used to improve hiring efficiency and support better decision-making.

Why Join Us?

During this internship, you will gain practical experience in talent analytics, business performance tools and applied AI, working on a regional scope.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of AI-driven initiatives and see, in real time, how AI impacts a core business function. By working with existing data pipelines, dashboards, and automation tools, you will develop hands-on technical skills while contributing to AI-powered capabilities such as alerts, insights, and decision support that directly influence talent acquisition outcomes.

You will collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic and global environment, gaining strong exposure to how data and AI are applied in practice by teams to solve real business problems in a fast-paced, international context.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Data Collection & Management:

  • Take ownership of recruitment data sources and pipelines, including applicant tracking systems (eightfold & iCIMS), sourcing tools (LinkedIn), and internal data trackers (Power BI, Power Apps)
  • Work with structured recruitment data across multiple EMESA markets to ensure data consistency, reliability, and readiness for analysis
  • Design and implement AI solutions to monitor data quality, improve data governance, and reduce manual processes through automation

Data Architecture & Enablement:

  • Review and assess existing data pipelines, transformation logic, and reporting structures to ensure data is well-structured, scalable, and analysable
  • Enhance and refactor existing data pipelines, dashboards, and workflows to improve robustness, maintainability, and usability for downstream analysis
  • Build and improve tools, frameworks, or data layers that enable business analytics teams to efficiently analyse recruitment and sourcing data

AI & Advanced Analytics:

  • Design and prototype AI-enabled tools and solutions that support and augment talent acquisition analytics
  • Apply AI techniques to enable:
    • Proactive alerts on recruitment and sourcing performance
    • Anomaly detection or early risk identification in talent pipelines
    • AI-assisted data preparation, insight surfacing, or reporting support
  • Experiment with applied AI and GenAI tools to automate workflows and improve how data is consumed by non-technical teams

Collaboration, Communication & Training:

  • Work closely with regional recruiters, sourcers, and business-focused analytics team members to understand analytical and operational needs
  • Translate technical concepts, data structures, and AI-enabled tools into clear, usable solutions for non-technical stakeholders
  • Support and help drive AI initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on adoption, enablement, and real business impact

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for data analysis & presentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data and AI-driven insights into clear messages
