Your Mission
We are looking for a Workday Platform Lead to join the Software Integration team. The Software Integration team’s mission is to explore, integrate and maintain best-in-class external softwares, that enable the internal teams to fulfill their mission with efficiency, productivity, and comfort.
Your role will be to ensure the proper scaling of our Workday Platform (HR and Finance scope) from a Tech perspective and be responsible for the overall governance around Workday usage. You will also directly contribute to the operational delivery effort, in collaboration with our HR and Finance Workday functional experts.
You will also play a similar role for our Automation Platform based on Workato, so that Workday is properly and efficiently integrated into BlaBlaCar ecosystem with other systems.
Working closely with Product, Engineering and Business teams, this is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to Product & Tech challenges at one of France's fastest-growing scale-up.
Your Responsibilities
Implement the Tech processes around Workday and Workato Platforms management (management of the different tenants and data storages, coordination of Workday recurrent releases, alignment of roles and securities within the tool, implementation of Service Desk as a ticketing tool for all BBC employees, …)Manage the contractors and animate the Workday Squad processes and governance (roadmap definition, dependencies management)Continuously anticipate upcoming needs (structural or punctual) and define adapted processes and setup to address themCommunicate effectively and manage Workday stakeholders across multiple levels inside and outside the organization (Product Manager, users, integrators, Workday CSM, …)Manage Tech projects involving the solutions of your scope (revamp of our Equities Management process, roll-out of Workday Advanced Compensation module, …)Be operationally involved in the implementation of new features and integrationsYour qualifications
3+ years of implementing and running Workday-based solutionsAt ease with build, integration, and run phases involving internal and outsourced teams Track record of managing and evolving a platform organization with a high level of build and runHCM Workday certification ; Finance certification would be a plusYou have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholdersYou embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasksYou have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindsetFluency in EnglishIf you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!
