We are looking for an experienced industry professional to be part of our growing sportsbook department, with a possibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will have a varied background in Sportsbook product, with particular focus on trading product and/or trading product development.

The candidate should be enthusiastic, versatile, able to challenge themselves, and integrate quickly into a dynamic team.

YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC

In this context, your duties are:

            </p><ul><li>Provide first line of support for trading tools, systems, and technical issues</li><li>Investigation and understanding of issues and bugs</li><li>Defining appropriate prioritisation of topics dependent on trading needs</li><li>Ensure trading team can perform within optimal parameters with regards to platforms and providers</li><li>Liaise with Trading Management to maintain and analyse Trading Operations requirements</li><li>Communicate clearly with product &amp; development teams and provide comprehensive user stories</li><li>Compile and maintain an in-depth understanding of Trading activities with regards to P&amp;L performance, product offering, pricing accuracy, traders&#39; knowledge, and skill set.</li><li>Analysing and interpreting data to deduce meaningful conclusions and produce informative and accessible presentations.</li><li>Create and maintain release notes, user guides and other documentation for internal customers.</li><li>Support quantitative modelling teams, including during planning and testing phase</li><li>Test and monitor new features to ensure correct utilisation</li><li>Monitor and identify potential actions based on industry trends and especially competitor behaviour in our key markets</li><li>Compile and maintain up-to-date knowledge base with regards to Trading Compliance within all regulatory frameworks; provide and update Trading team and other stakeholders with relevant compliance related information</li></ul><p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?</strong></p><p>Employees with a good dose of humour, respect and kindness, a little zeal and a real passion for their profession!            This job is for you if:</p><ul><li>You have at least 6 years&#39; combined experience in sports trading industry.</li><li>You have at least 2 years&#39; experience in a sports trading role.</li><li>You have at least 2 years&#39; experience in a sportsbook product/trading support role.</li><li>You have an understanding technical side of trading and trading platforms.</li><li>You have an experience in communicating with developers or product owners.</li><li>You are being fluent in both, spoken and written English; excellent communication skills. Fluent French is a plus.</li><li>You are familiar with Atlassian/JIRA/Confluence.</li><li>You have a sound knowledge of MS Office programs - particularly Excel.</li><li>You have experience using trading providers (e.g. BetRadar/BetGenius) and 3<sup>rd</sup>            party integrations.</li><li>You are organised and competent at multi-tasking.</li><li>You are able to challenge ideas and approaches.</li><li>You have a high attention to detail and the ability to think clearly, methodically, and logically especially under pressure.</li><li>You are able to work in a team or act alone when required.</li><li>If and when approved for remote work, the working hours are going to be around European time zone.</li></ul><p><strong>What will benefit you (but not required):</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of PowerPoint</li><li>Being able to plan, manage and host meetings.</li><li>Experience in sports betting modelling.</li><li>Understanding of sports betting compliance &amp; regulation</li><li>Beneficial additional languages: French</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Position to be filled as soon as possible.</strong></p>
