About the job:

Within the Logistics team, you will have the opportunity to build and grow logistics services for customers and drive significant impact on Back Market growth in all our key markets (EU, US, APAC).

As customer satisfaction is one of our main focuses at Backmarket, and the delivery is part of the whole customer experience, we need someone to handle it.

YOUR MISSION, IF YOU ACCEPT IT : 🥇

  • You will be responsible for the overall Back Market pre-order delivery experience (promise and shipping fees) to optimize the customer Contact Rate and Conversion Rate 
  • You will be responsible for the overall Back Market post-order delivery experience (OTD, incident rate, tracking, notifications) and ensure continuous improvement 
  • You will monitor overall Back Market delivery performance and trigger corrective actions when possible/necessary (emails to customers, Sellers’ escalations, blacklisting carriers) 
  • You will manage cross-departmental projects to improve the different KPIs mentioned above 
  • You will be the main counterpart of the product team when it comes to logistics topic

  • You are fluent in English. 
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on data, operations, or project management. 
  • You possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • You are data-driven with a keen interest in drawing insights from data.
  • You're comfortable using Excel and have a basic understanding of SQL (or willingness to learn).  
  • You exhibit a hands-on approach and are eager to dive deep into projects and tasks. 
  • You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment. 
  • Past exposure to logistics is a bonus but not a necessity.
