The Talent Acquisition team is working hand-in-hand with various departments at Back Market to identify the skills and qualities we need to take us to the next level. From sourcing potential candidates to conducting recruitment processes, managing exciting projects, providing training and definitely having a lot of fun times.

As a Campus Recruiter Apprentice, you will help the Campus team source the best candidates for our jobs and recruit our future interns/apprentices (recruitment and contractualization missions). In this role you will also work collaboratively with the team in Paris on making sure our Students community is happy to work with us (organizing internal events, animating the community in all our European offices,etc). 

Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🚀

  • Source and recruit the best talents for our Campus Program (internships & apprenticeships) - handling from A to Z the recruitment process (job description preparation in collaboration with the managers, definition of the hiring process, HR interviews, coordination of stakeholders interviews, offer or rejection calls) ;
  • Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our Talent Acquisition database up-to-date (excel files management, data tracking, performance reporting) ;
  • Handle the administrative support on the contracts (internship agreements, apprenticeship documents gathering, OPCO requests) ;
  • Nurture the students community at Back Market (in Bordeaux and all our european offices) ;
  • Contribute to quarterly projects to structure our processes and deliver a top-notch candidate experience.

  • Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship from September 2024
  • English and French are a no-brainer (fully professional capability)
  • You have ideally prior experience (internships included) in Recruitment (this is a Must!) / Human Resources / Customer Care
  • You understand how to work in a fast-paced environment and you can manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines (good organizational skills)
  • You have great communication skills
  • You have a strong sense/focus on diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Plus if you already worked in a fast-paced environment / scale-up company.

  • Starting date is from September, 2024
  • Duration : 1 or 2 years
  • Location : Bordeaux, France
  • --> You must be enrolled in a school that provides apprenticeship contracts (Contrat d'alternance).

  • Video-call Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (30min)
  • Home assignment / Case study (2 days)
  • Skills and Cultural fit interview with the manager and another person in the team (45min - 1h)
