Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of AZmed’s commercial growth, responsible for driving revenue, closing new deals, and building long-term relationships with healthcare institutions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion, and work hand-in-hand with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover after each deal is signed*.* By providing them with clear, accurate, and actionable information, you will help guarantee the success of each partnership beyond the signature stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lead generation and outreach strategies in close collaboration with both Sales Development Representative (SDR) and the marketing team.

  • Qualify new leads by building strong relationships, actively listening to prospects, and identifying their key challenges to identify the best drivers for conversion.

  • Present AZmed’s solutions to multiple stakeholders: doctors, IT managers, and administrators, highlighting the software’s value proposition and business model.

  • Explain the technical aspects of AZmed’s software, covering installation, workflow integration, and clinical use, in coordination with hospital IT departments.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and tailor offers to each client’s specific context and the competitive environment.

  • Share valuable insights from the field by working closely with the Product and Account Management teams, to influence the product roadmap and continuously strengthen AZmed’s product-market fit.
